- Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Replacement
- Replacement is allowed if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Customized or bulk orders (if applicable)
- Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
